Agenda for the April 2014 SNA Meeting

The April 2014 SNA meeting will be held on Wednesday, Ap9, 2014 at 11:00am in Room A-314.

11:00	Welcome/Introduction Sign in sheet Voting for officers will occur next week. Officer duties will be posted on the Blog Must sign prior to vote April 22nd- Attending Student Banquet – Student Organization Award	MSI – VP MSII- Secretary, Treasurer            Mentor-volunteer Senator – 1 yr commitment Fundamentals – 2 Class reps MSII- Volunteer for the Pinning Ceremony officers must attend May 10th at 11:30 to help set up, tear down, and greeters.
11:10	Secretary Brief reading of the minutes
11:20	Treasurer Treasurer Report Charity- Fundraiser – 5k run/walk – Run for your life Updates: T-shirts and medals are ordered.	Class reps must confirm with their fellow classmates that they are volunteering.  Meet at 7:00 to set up. Friday:  help set up at Terra? At least two other people besides myself.  Not sure of the time waiting on confirmation
