The Ohio Board of Nursing has a checklist of what you need to do to apply to the state, and they have links to the NCSBN website, which also has a "checklist" of tasks & required information. Pearson also has a list for registering for the NCLEX. I'm sure these aren't all the possible sources of information, but they should be a good start, since we have to apply to the state and register with Pearson.
