Options for the community service include Liberty Center, the soup kitchen, or the Humane Society.

T-shirts

T-shirts are in!  Orders for each class were disbursed to class reps.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact Phaze 1.

Fundraiser – 5k Run/Walk

Everyone should try to get at least 2 runners/walkers signed up for the 5K by the end of this week or next.
Dylan Adkins is working on mapping out the route.
We will honor the $30 early registration price through the end of the week for anyone who still wants to register.

Report from the SNA Student Senator, Melissa Rimboch

The SNA will be getting $600 from the student government ($100 for operating costs and $500 of the requested funds).  The $100 is automatically given to each club/organization. The SNA will be able to request up to $500 again next semester.
Melissa is looking for someone to take over her position as Student Senator.  This is a yearlong commitment, open to students in the Fundamentals, Transitions, or MedSurg I classes.  If interested, contact Melissa at mrimboch001@terra.edu by April 1.

Future Officers and Mentors

Sometime at the beginning of April, voting will take place for SNA Officers for next semester.  Current MS I students will vote for the Vice President.  This position is also open to any current Transitions students.  Current MS II students will vote for the Secretary and Treasurer.  Current SNA officers will facilitate the voting.
Katie obtained a list of volunteers interested in becoming the Mentor Coordinator next semester, as well as a list of students interested in being mentors.
Transitions students are strongly encouraged to become mentors to help those coming into the program in the coming semesters.
