Spring 2014 T-Shirts

As you all know, the start of the Spring semester is just around the corner.  We need to select the design of this semester's T-shirts so we can get them ordered ASAP.
To help in this process, the officers of the SNA are asking that you submit your vote for your favorite T-shirt wording option to me at aclymer001@terra.edu NO LATER THAN MONDAY, JANUARY 13.  This gives everyone 1 week to spread the word and get your votes in!

The front of the shirts will be the same as last semester's shirts (with "R.N." inside of a partial heart design, with a QRS complex design).  On the back will be one of the following wording samples:


Option 1
Total insanity r/t skills check-offs, clinicals, tests, grades, you name it! aeb being a student nurse

Option 2
Diagnosis:
Acute stress r/t complete academic overload, depleted resources, little to no life AEB being a nursing student

Option 3
(In a checklist format) 
Nursing student: 
Exhausted
Stressed out
Ready to graduate!

Option 4
Nursing Student Diagnosis: 
Extreme stress AEB: overeating, lack of sleep, nail biting, over studying, and worrying constantly

Option 5
Student Nurse Diagnosis: 
Stress r/t: knowledge deficit, impaired memory, sleep deprivation, imbalanced nutrition, interrupted family processes, lack of social interaction, disturbed energy field AEB being a student nurse

Option 6
Acute anxiety r/t nursing school AEB social isolation, weight gain, increased blood pressure, insomnia, mood swings, difficulty concentrating, headaches, preoccupation, and feelings of helplessness

Option 7
Student Nurse Diagnosis:
Stress r/t
knowledge deficit
impaired memory
sleep deprivation
imbalanced nutrition
interrupted family processes
lack of social interaction
disturbed energy field
