Coordinator-
A fundraiser coordinator is needed for each
class. This person will be responsible
for working with the Treasurer to
distribute and collect T-shirt order forms and raffle tickets
from their classmates.

interested in being the fundraiser coordinator for your class by Tuesday,
September 24.

Community Service: Trash Pick-Up
Trash Pick Up dates are 10/6 and 10/13. Students who
volunteered to help will be emailed
the date they have been assigned to by either Laura or Meghan.

service and have not signed up for it.

Community Service: Booster Raffle Sales:
One student participated on 9/13 and a group of
nursing students will be participating 9/27

Community Service: Liberty Center Heath Workshop-
A community service coordinator is needed to help organize
this project.

Katie Huffman and Cora Selvey have agreed to organize
one group, but a coordinator is still needed to organize a second group. Please
contact Rachael Saldusky if you are interested in organizing worship

Community
Service:
Opportunities with the Humane Society and The School of
Hope are being explored. It was suggested that students interested in completing
a community service project at their leisure could contact Compassionate Ministries
at 419-547-9194 to help distribute goods.

Sarah Gonzalez is exploring opportunities at the Humane Society. Meghan Rich will explore opportunities at the School of Hope. Opportunities will be discussed at the October SNA meeting.

Mentor
Program:
The mentor program appears to be going well with no
complaints received. Face to Face contact was made the first week of classes.
Mentors will continue to reach out to the students they are mentoring on a
monthly basis.

Concerns:
1. Any
student who didn’t sign up for a community service project and would like to participate
should email Laura House (lhouse002@terra.edu)
2. Voting
on certain pinning ceremony issues will occur 9/25 during Med Surg III class
break. Any additional suggestions regarding
pinning ceremony should be
emailed to Laura (lhouse002@terra.edu) by 9/23.
Pinning
Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday December 14th at 1 pm
3. Students
voiced concerned over the amount of “select all the apply” questions on test
to be excessive. Concerns will be passed on.
