Faculty Concerns – There were no faculty members present so there were no concerns to be addressed.
Introduction- Introduce  officers Meghan Rich- President Patti Ollom- Vice President Laura House- Secretary Rachael Saldusky- Treasurer		Meghan Rich
Email Voting- If you can’t attend a SNA a meeting and what to suggest or vote on an issue you can now vote through email.	Students will have until Friday of that week to get votes or suggestion in. Email to Laura @ lhouse002@terra.edu  If you want to vote it is the student’s reasonability to send the vote.	Laura House

-Mentoring Thank you to Tysha Mosser, Carrie Henney , Patti Hartman and Jackie Griffin for signing up to be mentors. Currently we have 18 fundamental students that have mentors!		Laura House
-Survey Results-  Community Service Suggest -          Trash Pickup -          Liberty Center -          Fremont Athletic Booster 50/50 sale	Trash Pickup- 21 students were interested in participating in this community service. The tentative date for this is October 6.  A second date will be determined if needed. Meghan and Laura will organize this community service. If you signed up for this, Meghan or Laura will be contacting you.   Liberty Center  Health workshop- 8 students were interested in participating in this community service. Rachael Saldusky will organize this community service and will be contacting you if you signed up.   Fremont Athletic Booster 50/50 Sale- 8 students were interested in participating in this community service. Patti Ollom will organize this activity and will be getting a hold of you if you signed up for this community service.	Meghan Rich
-Survey Results Charity     -Liberty Center      -Sandusky Co. Humane Society      -Parker’s Purpose      - Heartbeat Crisis Pregnancy Center	Results are pending on email voting, which is due by Friday August 23. Results will be posted after Friday.	Meghan Rich
Survey Results  SNA Booth at Student Fair     - Wednesday August 28 from 11- 1   World’s Aid Day  -Monday December 2   Nursing Student Senator- A student senator from the nursing program is need for Terra’s student government.  They meet every 3 rd Monday of the month.     Terra Leadership Retreat-  The retreat will be held September 13 from 9-4. The SNA needs to send at least two members to the retreat.     Free Movie day-     Suggested Community Service Activities- Helping at Humane Society in Sandusky Co.  and the Special Olympics.	SNA BOOTH -14 students were interested in participating.  Since, all of the officers will be in class during the time of the fair Med Surg 1 rep Katie Huffman agreed to be in charge   World Aid’s Day- 10 students were interested in participating in this activity. Chairperson will be determined at a later date and students who signed up will be contacted.   Nursing Student Senator-  5 students indicated that they were interested in being the student senator. It was decided that students who already hold a rep position or officer position will not be eligible, allowing other students to be active. Voting will be held once SNA officer positions for Spring 2014 are determined.   Terra Leadership Retreat- Amanda Kiddey and Katie Huffman will be representing the nursing program.   Free Movie day- There was not enough interest in this idea therefore it will not be done.  Suggested Community Service Activities- These ideas are being explored by Meghan and Laura	Meghan Rich
Fall Fundraiser-  No other suggestions were given therefore the fundraiser will be a Raffle.     .	1st Prize- Tablet 2nd- 4 Kalahari Water Park Tickets 3rd- Terra Sweatshirt   More information to follow on Raffle	Meghan Rich
SNA Balance   Meeting with Dean Martin to determined ending acct. balance from last semester and new balance with summer fundraisers.	SNA balance was obtained.	Rachael Saldusky
Individual Accounts   Med Surg 3 students may still be owed money from previous semesters.	Students need to talk to Rachael about whether or not they are owed money. Rachael will be contacting you. You have until the end of August to get back to Rachael on whether or not you would like the money. Rachael will have a month to settle the acct.  Please contact Rachael with any questions. T-shirt order forms will be handed out later this month
