T-shirt order forms

Please check your email today or within the next couple days.  You will have order forms for t-shirts, sweaters, sweatpants, totes, etc.  Order forms for them are due OCT 5th but we will be available to pick up order froms Oct 1-3rd and I will be available to pick up any forms that were not turned in on FRI OCT 5th.  Checks are made out to Terra Student Nurse's Association. Cash must be in exact amount.  They can give them to Sarah Howard or Colleen Schill. You may contact Sarah at  419 460 2317 and email showard003@terra.edu or email Colleen.  Sarah will be on campus Friday OCT 5th to pick up any forms that were not picked up earlier.
