GENERAL MEETING
Paper and cleaning product drive for The Village House has been started. It will end April 15th. Dena B., Nicole Vitte and Ashliegh W. have the boxes and fliers and will be placing them around the college. Look for the boxes and please add to them. Nicole Vitte, Dena and myself will be taking the supplies to The Village House when they multiply.
The bands have been ordered and should be here this week. Depending on the arrival of the bands will determine the end date of this fundraiser.
Candy bar sales are in effect and for each box sold each student will get $18.81 into their account. For more boxes please contact Angie Dixon. The sale ends March 28 give or take and the money needs to be to Caryn Tiell by April 4th at the latest.
The 50/50 raffle is still up in the air for the stay at the Bay Haven owned by VP Gretchen Hermes. As of right now it is a no go but by the end of the meeting it was still pending.
Med-Surg 1 brought up announcing the officers earlier than we are currently doing so that officers have more time in office. This is an understanding idea and we would love to figure out how to make it work. Currently there is no time for this change to be made now however Angie Hoppes can address this when head in office next semester.
The discussion came up about the new summer pharacology class. Dean K stated that this class was created with NO INTENTION for all to be able to attend. It was a class created to help some not all. With all the complaints going on, the possibility is not offering the summer class at all. This is per Dean K and soley her decision.
Mentor progam has no complaints.
Faculty had nothing to address.
SENIOR PINNING CEREMONY
The topics covered and decided upon are as following:
Flowers- corsages for all the faculty, this is comming out of our general fund
Pins- design already created, the bookstore offers the pins in Rhodium Plate White and Rhodium Plate Gold for approximately $60.00 give or take some for tax. THE PINS NEED TO BE ORDERED BY NEXT FRIDAY, MARCH 25TH, AT THE LATEST. It takes 4 weeks to get the pins in and we do not want to cut it close!
ONLY ONE PERSON MAY BE CHOSEN TO PIN YOU AT TIME OF CEREMONY.
Programs- these will be printed by the print shop at Terra. I need all of the seniors to email me their thanks by April 11th so I can turn the in to Dean K for printing. My email is mama_mimi806@yahoo.com
Music- arranges have been made per Dean K
Invitations- research is being done to decide on exactly what we want. Myself and Micki T. are looking into options. This will be decided in the next few weeks.
Attire for Pinning- black pants with black dress shoes and any SOLID colored shirt under your buttoned up lab coat.No clevage and no flip flops!
Processon- Mike the previous president or Ali have been chosen for Key Note Speaker and will be contacted, Sister will lead us in, Holly will lead us in the pledge, Sue will be the MC and Tammy, Cindy and Cindy will light the lamps.
Pictures- Dumminger has been contacted and pictures will be March 28th at 11:00AM in the lab. No money at time of photo, he will give us an envelope with our pictures so we can have choose the best one. The cost is $22-$23 for one 8x10 photo of the class, two 5x7's and 8 wallets. Remember your blue scrub top and lab coat.
Finally practice for pinning is FRIDAY, APRIL 29TH AT 10:00am.

sorry I forgot Refreshments will be provided per the faculty and Gretchen has offered to make cupcakes because she is crazy! :) We are greatful! Thanks faculty and Gretch!
