Meeting Minutes

Hi Everyone! Here are this months Meeting Minutes.

FUNDRAISING
This year for our fundraising activities we will be donating to the Village House in Fremont. Our first fundraiser, a 50/50 raffle started today and will end the first week of December. There was a discussion on future fundraising activities including candle sales for the holidays and chocolate bars sometime after. Again, anyone who has an idea they would like to throw out feel free to let me know.

GRADUATION
For the Med Surg II students, the APPLICATION FOR DEGREE form is $35 dollars and due in by October 25th! This form is available at the student records office or as a printable form on the Terra website under records. If you file the form but are unable to graduate on time you may request a refund. Remember, this is a MUST for gradation so fill it out and get it in by October 25th.

INSURANCE
Dean Kajfasz has information on insurance for the students. Again this is a must.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Congratulations to Shannon Howell, Nicole Feasel (fundamentals), Eva Kitchen (LPN to RN), and Shannon Magor (Med Surg I), on becoming student representatives.
