(FYI, Im Kimmy, this is my 5th semester designing nursing shirts. This is not brought to you by the college. When I started the program, I wanted a nursing shirt so I designed one and offered them to my friends. Since then its been a hit, so I have kept it going. They are offered to ANYONE, nursing students, friends, family and so on (always has/always will). Prices are based on a estimated amount that will be sold. Though, more sold the cheaper they are for me. This semester, any money raised from a more than estimated amount sold, will go to a scholarship I started last month. The Karlie Thompson memorial Scholarship. Its in honor of my friends daughter/neice who died in a car accident July 11th. She was to be a Senior in high school this year. The scholarship will be presented to her mother (a nurse at Memorial Hospital), and given to one of Karlies fellow students during the time of their graduation 2011.
