Anyone wishing to get their drug testing done without having to have a doctors order, can call Blanchard Valley Hospital lab and make an appt. If you pay the $69.60 fee in cash you don't need a doctors order. Other places like Tiffin Mercy require one. The number to call to make an appt. is 419-423-4500. Tell them you are a Terra Student going to Blanchard Valley for a clinical rotation and Blanchard Valley is requiring this. This is what I was told by the lab themselves. Cheryl Whitmer
