We are allowed to go in early and research our clients. We do not need to go in the night before, unless of course this is your preference--which is something you would need to address with Brit.
We are a three week pilot, so please make sure if you are opting to go in early that you are there in enough time to get all the information you need.
It has be expressed by Sue that it is important that we do not call the hospital to try to retrieve patient information.
